my task 2 = article review =)


What is weight gain? Weight gain is an increase in body weight. For in detail this can be either an increase in muscle mass, , fat deposits, or excess fluids such as water.


Gaining weight can cause the following effects, dependent on the variable listed above, but are generally limited to:
  • Increase in body fat percentage
  • Increase in muscle mass
  • Increase in body hydration levels


In more extreme cases:
  • A noticeably larger stomach.
  • The abdomen will bulge outward and upward, creating a distended midsection

From the article that I have read, there are about ten reasons which leads the gaining weight.
 For the examples are diet, physical inactivity, genetics and age. As human beings, we should take a good care of our health. We also should have a good lifestyle. A good lifestyle give a good health. Indirectly that shows we are appreciate on what God give to us.


I choose this article because I want to share with everyone on what causes we gain our weight. People may think this lightly. This problem should be avoid at the begining. It is simple as ABC if we adapt in our dailylife. For instant, take a balance diet with cover all nutrients that needed by our body, avoid stess and learn how to control emotions.
